 sion in the Order on 28 August 1925. He was prior of Uden when he was el
 ected master general on 25 June 1946\, which office he held until 22 Sep
 tember 1981. He resided until September 1955 at St. Agatha and afterward
 s until 1981 in Amersfoort. He died in Bilthoven on 4 December 1981 havi
 ng only resigned from office months previously. He is buried at Saint Ag
 atha.
