 relay operation\, proper crimping and/or soldering\, and\, time 
 permitting\, an introduction to basic signal logic\,  scope operations 
 and Tech II.\n\nIn somewhat of a departure from the past\, rather than a 
 round-table lecture\, there will be more opportunities for hands-on 
 experience building relay logic\, and trying your hand at crimping &

DESCRIPTION:The second Mississippi River Saab tour is ready to roll again 
 with peak fall colors\, another fun route and (hopefully) sunny 
 skies!\n\nThe tour is set for Saturday\, October 5th\, starting at noon 
 from near McGregor\, Iowa to Lanesboro\, Minnesota. Again\, the tour will 
 follow some of the finest roads in the Midwest for fall color viewing AND 
 driving!\n\nWe'll start by conquering Pikes Peak (State Park\, also named 
 after *that* Pike) south of McGregor\, Iowa and go north and west along 
 the Mississippi River for much of the route to Lanesboro\, Minnesota. 
 Come early to picnic and enjoy the view from the bluffs\, over 500 feet

 \n\n    We are minutes off of I-88\, halfway between Binghamton and 
 Albany/Schenectady.\n\n    From Binghamton\;  Use Exit 15. Turn left\, 
 and take the first right onto Main Street/Route 7.  Go about 3/4 of a 
 mile to Burger King.  Turn left at Park Street.\n\n    From 
 Albany/Schenectady\;  Use Exit 16.  Turn right\, and then a left onto 
 Main Street/Route 7.  Proceed about one mile to Burger King.  Turn right 
 at Park Street.\n\n    From Burger King/Park Street\; Head up the hill\, 
 through the \"S\" turns\, about ½ mile.  Turn right on Balford Park 
 Drive.  Last house on the left\, and the one with all the Saabs at 
 it.\n\n    As usual for these events\, we do have a gas grille\, and will 
 be able to provide a fair amount of food and culinary accessories.  If 
 possible\, bring your own lawn chairs\, coolers\, more food\, etc.  Or a 
 quick run can always be \nmade down to one of our many fine local 
 bistros\, not that anyone ever does...\n\n    Parking will be upon the 
 yet again new and improved\, and most finely manicured green velvet of 
 our weed-free front lawn.  Parking is limited\, and as Saabs have 
 priority\, all vehicles of lesser statue are requested to park \non the 
 road.  Please feel free to bring any parts or memorabilia that you wish 
 to sell\, trade\, or simply to show off.\n\n    For those who may need 
 overnight accommodations\, make a reservation ASAP\, \nas rooms are 
 always in VERY short supply in the summer.  Suggestions\; Clarion \nHotel
